She is survived by: her husband Richard Henry Owen; her daughter Gale O. Moore (Quain); her grandchildren, Dean Moore (Brittany), Rebecca Moore and Michelle Dabbs; and her sister Kay Seymore (Vernie). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
