She is survived by: her granddaughter Maddy; her sons, Jeremy Stevens (April), Jason Stevens and Jonathon Stevens (Stephanie); her granddaughter Madelyn Stevens (Zach); and her siblings, Sabrina Gail Wood (Roger), Teresa Bolka (Joe), Scott Taylor (Marissa) and Michael Taylor (Marilyn). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
