Mathews, Jr., Richard Mathews (April) and Betty Arnold (Dale); her close friend Larry Smith (Barry Smith); her nieces and nephews, Nathan Arnold, Lauren Slayton, Haydon Almond and Landon Mathews; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Conner, Caleb Arnold, Harper Slayton and Ryleigh Slayton; her friend Michelle Miles; and her pet Baby.
