He is survived by: his wife Mary Farmer Humphreys; his sisters, Reba Norris, Helen Himes (Russell, Jr.) of Elkins and Eva Vass (William); his daughters, Sibyl Roberts (James, Jr.), Susan Thompson (Douglas) and Alissa Humphreys; his stepchildren, John (Denise), Bennett Tucker, Lenette McClelland (James T.) and Tina Winston (Keith); and his siblings-in-law, Carole Humphreys and William Whittemore.
Jack requested that in lieu of flowers or any memorial, those wishing to remember him just give a hand up to someone along the way and pay it forward and help to make this a better world.
