She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Burton Matherly and Gladys Irby Matherly; her sister Patsy Matherly Emerson; and her great-niece Kayla Faith Banton. She is survived by: her husband Freddie C. Jefferson, Sr.; her daughter Donna Phillips Rader of Lynch Station; her stepson Freddie Jefferson, Jr. (Linda) of Hurt; her sister Betty Bentley (Terry) of Hickory, NC; her grandson Brock Tyler Rader; her stepgrandchildren, Alex Boyer, Peyton Jefferson and Daniel Jefferson; and her cousin Shirley Owen of Gretna. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
