She is survived by: her children, John Lee of Philadelphia, PA, Krystal Tolbert of Philadelphia, PA, Terrance Tolbert of Philadelphia, PA, Kevin Tolbert of Vineland, PA and David Tolbert of Altavista, VA; and her brothers, Lenny Tolbert of Philadelphia, PA and Arnold Tolbert of New Castle, DE. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
