He is survived by: his wife Nadine Yeatts Treadway; his son Keith Leonard Treadway of Altavista; his niece Angie Mattox (Steve) of Texas; and his nephew Ken Treadway (Beth) of Missouri. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
