With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Goldie Pearl (Blubaugh) Spencer (Altavista, Virginia), born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on June 5, 2019 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas William Blubaugh and Viola Belle Blubaugh (Clites); her husband John "Bert" K. Spencer, Sr.; her niece Wanda Beard (Richard); and her siblings, Stella Shoap, Ida "Sis" Saville, Leota "Toad" Cook, Bernice "Red" Cross, Thomas "Sonny" Blubaugh and Betty Miller.
She is survived by: her son John Spencer, Jr. (Debra); and her granddaughter Brooke Louise Spencer. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
