She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Irvin and Fannie Hailey Irvin; her husband Willie Thomas Payne; her son Thomas Payne, Jr.; her grandson Torrey Payne; and her siblings, Florence, Elnora, Rena, Dollie Ann, Earnest, Albert and Harold.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Payne (Deborah), Timith Payne and DeLoris Payne; her daughter-in-law Thelma Payne; and her sister-in-law Elizabeth Irvin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
