It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Harrill (Altavista, Virginia), born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on October 4, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Franklin Floyd McIntyre; his wife Dardinell "Nell" Kearney McIntyre; his son Michael McIntyre; and his brother Benjamin McIntyre. He is survived by: his parent Kathleen Harrill McIntyre; his children, Kenneth Wayne McIntyre of Altavista, Phyllis M. Harris (Glen) of Hurt and Nancy M. Witt (Tim) of Evington; his siblings, James F. McIntyre of Indiana and Rebecca Neill of North Carolina; his granddaughter Jessica Hunter (John) of Concord; and his great grandchildren, Mason Hunter and Blair Hunter.
