He is survived by: his son Cecil, Jr.; his grandson Trever Floyd of Ruckersville, VA; his brother John C. Floyd (Shirley); his sister-in-law Eloise Floyd; his sister Ella Goodman; and his goddaughter Isabella Richardson.
