He was predeceased by: his parents, Otie William and Esther B. Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Duncan; his son Sam Duncan (Elise); his brother Tom Duncan; his grandsons, Daniel Duncan and Benjamin Duncan; and his nieces and nephews, Alicia Lane, Miranda Keene, Olivia Lane, Mason Duncan and Dalton Lane.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Farris Mines Christian Church (524 Farris Mines Rd, Hiwassee, VA 24347). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that you bring canned food to the church for their food drive.
