He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Entwisle Sr. and Betty Entwisle of Virginia; and his siblings, Edward, Lois, Rosalie, Susie, Martha and Cynthia Entwisle of Virginia.
He is survived by: his close friend Janet Hall; his brother Melvin Entwisle Sr.; his children, Pamela Powell Charlotte Payne (Joe Powell) and William Entwisle III (Tag); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Kallie, David Jr., Samuel, Caroline and Cameron.
