He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Courtien and Gloria Durnin; and his siblings, Edward, Margaret Mary and Jean Marie.
He is survived by: his wife Judy (Elkins); his children, Jackie, Stephen (Jennifer) and Brian (Molly); and his grandchildren, Julia, Isabella, Mackenzie and Quinn.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Louis Catholic Church (2907 Popkins Ln, Alexandria, VA 22306).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Service Dogs of Virginia in Bill's honor.
