We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2020, at the age of 49, Wanda D. Moebius of Alexandria, Virginia, born in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard F. Moebius and Sun Nyo Moebius (Pak); and her sister Karla S. Arquines. She is survived by: her sister Leah J. Moebius of Alexandria, VA; her nephew Aleksander Arquines; and her cousins, David Pepper, Carl Pepper and James Pepper.
