He was predeceased by: his parents, Delma Peregoy and Edna Peregoy; and his brother David Peregoy. He is survived by: his wife Jane Peregoy; his children, Christine Peregoy (Robert), Curt Peregoy and Shelly Coppock (John); his grandchildren, Dylan, Cohen, Garrett and Tiffany; and his sisters, Mary Ellen Furr and Linda Fisher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A donation may be made to Trauma ICU at Fairfax hospital in memory of Thomas Peregoy.
