He was predeceased by: his parents, Maggie Moore and Jessie McCutchen; his wife Betty J. McCutchen; and his sisters, Legetha Moore, Flora Davis, Lillian Livingston, Augusta Adair and Jeanette Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn R. Wilbon of Stafford, VA and Thomas E. Nesbitt (Jackie) of Stafford, VA.; his great grandchildren, Geniya Watson-Nesbitt, Gennaro A. Nesbitt, Jr., Laila Nesbitt and Leilani Nesbitt; his siblings, Elijah Moore (Lizzie) of Woodbridge, VA, Ronnie Buie of Red Springs, NC., Betty Galbreath (James) of Red Springs, NC, Rogerlene McLinnahan of Red Springs, NC and Carolyn Buie of San Antonio, TX.; and his friend Donald Goode.
