She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Willie B" Perry and Ruth Leaks Perry; her husband Donald Mixon; her son Marlon Mixon; and her siblings, James Perry, Mildred Leaks, Willie B Perry Jr., Marvin Perry and Richard Perry.
She is survived by: her son Ricky Mixon (Jennifer) of New York; her siblings, Jerome Perry of Oakland, California and Christine Kee (John) of Carmel, Indiana; and her siblings-in-law, Danielle Perry of Cleveland, Ohio and Paul Mixon of Cleveland. She is also survived by cousins and many lifelong friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause that was near and dear to Theresa.
