It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Siggers (Alexandria, Virginia), who passed away on July 21, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband David Lee Siggers; and her daughter Angelica Christine Witcher. She is survived by: her children, Jacqualin Jones (Garrick Jones), Joseph Leroy Witcher, Jr., Ebony Dorothea Siggers, David Lee Siggers, Jr. and Kevin Siggers; and her sister Fayette Kelley. She is also survived by grandchildren and a like number of great grandchildren.
