It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Bishop of Alexandria, Virginia, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 4, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Joseph and Eleanore Alma Heron; and her close friend Billy Owen Rorer. She is survived by: her children, Patty Bishop Ramos (Steven) and James Wade Bishop; her grandsons, Kevin, Dylan, Logan Salter and Beau Bishop; and her great grandchild Raelyn Ariah Bishop.
