We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Ronald Blackburn-Moreno (Alexandria, Virginia). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Laura Blackburn, Jan Blackburn, Gabriel Blackburn, Peter Davila and Rich Davila; and his sister Marguerite. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and the other members of his extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Ronald Blackburn-Moreno Scholarship Fund, through the Aspira Association.
