It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Carr (Alexandria, Virginia), born in Washington, Georgia, who passed away on May 19, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Julia Adcock; his children, Ann Whitney (Dwight), Melanie Curtis (Robert), Pamela McPherson, Christopher (Molly) and Julian (Ross); his sister Mitta Isley of Tarboro, NC.; his son Robert Carr, Jr.; his parent VoHammie; and his brother Carr, Jr.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
