He is survived by: his grandchildren, Melinda, Katherine, Kelsey, Anna, Cassandra Sabrina Philip W. III, Jackson, Bowen, Amy Jessica and Joseph. He is also survived by his parents five siblings.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation of any amount to be made to the Protestant Chapel Fund at the Armed Forces Retirement Home 3700 North Capitol Street N.W. Washington D.C. 20011-8400.
