He is survived by: his mother Shelvey Foster; his significant other Mary Enos; his stepfather John Dodge; his brother Kenny; his sister-in-law Teresa Foster; his sister Dawn Foster; his nephew Michael Murphy; and his nieces, Madison Haslam and Caroline Foster. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
