He was predeceased by: his wife Velma (Mejia). He is survived by: his children, Mark O'Harra (Patrick Gibbons) and Eva O'Harra; his grandchildren, Kady Stephenson (Daniel), Hanna Smaglis, John Paul Smaglis IV and Patrick Smaglis; and his brother Michael O'Harra.
