It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick F. Leonard (Alexandria, Virginia), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 4, 2018, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Morgan F. Leonard; his brothers, Robert "Bobby" Leonard and Jeffrey Leonard; and his sister-in-law Mary Lou Leonard. He is survived by: his parent Mary E. Thomas Leonard (Bette); his siblings, William Leonard (Ellen) of Erie, Joseph Leonard and Sean Leonard (Tonya) of Pittsburgh; his nieces, Jessica Leonard of Pittsburgh, Megan Lewis (Dale), Dawn Dempsey of Scranton, Corrine Dempsey of Moscow and Natasha Schiemer (Mark) of Pittsburgh; his nephew Jason Gurnari (Heather) of Louisville; and also, Andrew Gruden, Logan Charbal, Grayson Charbal, Isaac Schiemer, Joshua Gurnari, James Lewis and Blake Morgan Lewis.
A visitation will be held on Friday April 13, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Cancer Caring Center, 4117 Liberty Ave., Pittsburgh PA. 15224.
