She is survived by: her husband Azizollah; her son Dr. Sirus Kermani (Elize Schaff-Kermani); her granddaughter Natasha Kermani; her daughter Shohreh Kermani-Peterson (James Peterson); and her nieces and nephews, Shokufeh Ahmadzadegan, Jaleh Ahmadzadegan, Parvin Stanley, Shahla Harrison, Iraj Vahdat, Rezvan Pakzad, Noora Aflatooni, Iraj Yeganeh, Sima Torabi, Vafa Yazdani, Parivash Khoshbin and Siyavash Samandari.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Jefferson Funeral Chapel (5755 Castlewellan Dr, Alexandria, VA 22315-5516). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mount Comfort Cemetery (6600 S Kings Hwy, Alexandria, VA 22306).
