With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Elaine Williams (Alexandria, Virginia), who passed away on August 19, 2020 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie "Bill" and Joyce; and her grandparents, George, Pearl Williams, Thomas and Alice Sowell.

She is survived by: her son Timothy (Latoya); her stepchildren, Stevie Glover and Kendra Glover; her grandchildren, Timothy Jr., Elijah and Jada; her brothers, Douglas Sowell (Brenda), John Sowell and Leonard Sowell (Paula); her aunt Mary Jenkins of Chesterfield, SC; her uncles, Joseph Williams, Walter Sowell, James Sowell and Lee Sowell; her sister Mary Mundy; and her close friends, Teddy Glover and Violet "Vi" Woodland. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
