He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmella and Michael Washlack, Sr.; and his former wife Mary Anne Washlack. He is survived by: his wife Bridget Washlack; his children, Timothy (Erica), Michelle Shepard (Eric) and Amy DeLoria (Joseph); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Evan Deloria, Kelsey, Aaron Washlack, Madelyn, Tyler and Carson Shepard; and his sisters, Rose Marie Demsher (Ron) and Patricia Martos (Alex).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
