He is survived by: his wife Patsy Arlene Burns; and his children, Judy Glavin (Bill) of Fredericksburg, VA, Richard Burns (Laura) of Richmond, VA, Chris Burns (Katarina) of Alexandria, VA and Michelle O'Neill (Michael) of Rome. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
