With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Michael Andrew Edmondson of Alexandria, Virginia, born in Moline, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. For Michael Andrew is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Angela Edmondson (Luciano); his children, Dominic and Grace; his parents, Curtis Edmondson and Lesslee Valentini; and his brothers, Christopher Edmondson and Steven Edmondson.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mike's memory may be made to the gofund me account set up in their name. Angela intends to divide all contributions between a local youth sports charity and Dominic and Grace's college savings accounts.

If you do not have DoD ID card, to expedite entry to the base, we request you contact Airman Anthony Hollister from the Bolling Chapel at (202) 284-3075 no later than Monday, 12 August. Be prepared to provide your name, social security number and a Real-ID compliant Identification number (ex. Driver's license). If you miss this deadline, you can still access the base using the normal visitors pass process but be advised that it will likely take at least an hour, so plan your travel accordingly.
