We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2018, at the age of 88, Merlan Banks (Alexandria, Virginia), born in Lexington, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Betty. He is survived by: his children, Betty A. Banks of Alexandria, Charles E. Banks (Hellyn) of Annapolis and Sheryl E. Banks of Severn; his granddaughter Maneka S. Monk (Dexter); and his great grandchildren, Dexter, Jr. and Dixon.
