With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melvin H. Rosenblatt (Alexandria, Virginia), who passed away on April 6, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra Rosenblatt; his children, Sheryl Olitzky (Rabbi Kerry), Stephen Rosenblatt (Mimi) and Scott Rosenblatt; his siblings, Marcy Schrier, Sharon Swenson and Susan Furman; and his grandchildren, Rabbi Avi Olitzky, Rabbi Jesse Olitzky, Dr. Ross Rosenblatt and Tyler Rosenblatt.

Memorial contributions may be made to Beth El Hebrew Congregation endowment fund in his honor.
