She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Mae (Mock) and Michael Shaffer; and her sisters, Anna Marie "Jean" Cann and Frances Evans. She is survived by: her daughters, Michele Harlow (Brian) of Fredericksburg, VA and Ashleigh Dorfman (Scott) of Reston, VA; her grandchildren, Tyler Oliver, Lauren, Amanda and Kyra Dorfman; her great grandchild Grace Oliver; and her siblings, Diana Schaffranek and George Sickles, Jr..
