We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2023, at the age of 95, Margaret Ellen Welch (Alexandria, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyce Rogers and Virginia Rogers; her husband Linwood Alexander Welch; and her daughter Lynda Welch-Heishman. She is survived by: her son Brian Welch (Donna); her grandchildren, Justin Welch (Natasha) and Shannon Silver (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Jocelyn, James Lyons, Hudson and Vivienne Silver.
