It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda S. Bailey of Alexandria, Virginia, who passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard and Edith. She is survived by: her children, Mindy Perry and Matthew Penwell; her grandchildren, Christopher Penwell and Ryan Penwell; and her brother William Bailey.
