He was predeceased by: his parent Leslie E. Fernandes; and his grandparents, Dominic and Barbara Fernandes. He is survived by: his mother Linda Jenkins; his pet Rambo; his stepmother Tammy Fernandes; his sisters, April and Priscilla Fernandes; his niece Ariana Middledorf; his grandmother Frances Jenkins; and his aunt Donna McNabb. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Due to the Corona Pandemic the services and visitation will be private for the immediate family only.
