He is survived by: his children, Reggie, Reginald and Michael Carter; his siblings, Betty Carter, Robert F. Carter (Clarice) and Theresa Moore (Zack); his grandchildren, Ashley Carter, Reginald Carter Jr. and John Wilkins; his nieces, Marie Carter and Caretta Smith (Sean); and his nephew Emanuel Moore. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren, great-great grandson, many other relatives and friends.
