He was predeceased by: his wife Weldon Blain Carroll; his siblings, Helen, Kathleen, Betty, Leo and James; and his siblings-in-law, Henrietta, Caroline and Bill Passey.
He is survived by: his sister Joan Schonig of San Clemente; his daughter Colleen Carroll; and also, Marguerite Iller, Betty Ann Snyder, Carol Chamberlin, Michael Crow, Judi Stauble, Patrick Conley and Charlie Carroll. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
