He was predeceased by: his mother Delores White. He is survived by: his children, Andrew of Woodbridge, Virginia, Claire of Woodbridge, Virginia, Mark of Woodbridge, Virginia, Adam of Woodbridge, Virginia and Cynthia; his father Robert Vivian (Glenda) of Amboy, Illinois; his siblings, Jay Vivian (Carolyn) of Shawnee, Kansas and Jennifer Vivian of Verona, Wisconsin; and his nieces and nephews, Grace Vivian, Jake, Colin and Hope Kaecker.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (3200 Golansky Blvd, Woodbridge, VA 22192). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (12807 Valleywood Dr, Lake Ridge, VA 22192).
