He was predeceased by: his wife Lynda. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Christian of Alexandria and Shirin Samiljan (Calif) of Benicia; his brother David of Granbury; and his brother-in-law John Gregorian of Savannah. He is also survived by his family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the John T Christian Memorial Scholarship at UMass Lowell.
