He was predeceased by: his parents, John Boehm, Sr. and Dagny Kragness; and his wife Grace Boehm. He is survived by: his daughters, Shawn Puryear (Herbert) and Dawn Edwards (David); his granddaughter Lexy Puryear; his sisters, Phyllis Sapyta (Alex) and Victoria Boehm; and his nieces and nephews, Pam Sapyta, Sheron Howard (David), John Sapyta and Doug Lyons (Carleigh).
