We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2023, at the age of 65, Joan B. Turner of Alexandria, Virginia, born in Rochester, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan B. Turner to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Baker and Barbara Baker (Berridge); and her siblings, James "JB" Baker and Beverly Baker. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Charles Turner; her daughters, Hannah Turner (Mollie Welborn) and Sarah Jackson (Justin Jackson); her grandchildren, Aubrey Rose Jackson and Reagan Lily Jackson; her siblings, Terry Grissing and David Baker; and her pet Sandy. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

The family is asking that in lieu of flowers, donations instead be made to Capital Caring Health: The Adler Center in name of Joan B. Turner.
