He was predeceased by: his parent Franklin Wescott Koch. He is survived by: his spouse Patty Stolnacker; his mother Janice Koch of Rowlett, Texas; his sister Jennifer Leigh Davenport (Mark); his children, Bryce and Hannah of Rockwall, Texas; his brother Barry Franklin Koch (Claudia); his children, Lara and Julie of Ingolstadt, Germany; and his friend Lincoln.
