He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Maher and Mamie Donovan Maher; and his brother Joseph Richard Maher. He is survived by: his siblings, Joni Lee of San Diego, CA, Judy O'Shea of Springfield, Maxine Maher-Albertelli (Dick) of Lilburn, GA and Michael Maher of Timonium, MD. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
