He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias W. Brown and Anne Brown (Crakow). He is survived by: his niece Faith Boyce; and his nephew Benjamin Fico.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mount Comfort Cemetery (6600 S Kings Hwy, Alexandria, VA 22306).
