With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline Lair Manley of Alexandria, Virginia, born in Le Havre, Haute Normandie, who passed away on August 9, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Felix Lair and Josephine Lair; her husband John Walker Manley; and her sons, Jean-Pierre Manley, Michael Manley of Annandale and Patrick Manley of Alexandria. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
