He is survived by: his wife Genie Alexander; his daughters, Marjorie Swirsky and Julie Shubin (Harry); and his grandchildren, Ryan, Monique Swirsky, Rachel and Michael Shubin.
Jack was interred at City of Fairfax Cemetery (10567 Main Street), In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Meals on Wheels of Northern Virginia or the Alzheimer's Association National Capital Area Chapter.
