Brooks of Alexandria, Virginia; his daughter-in-law Amanda Norah-Brooks of Woodbridge, Virginia; his grandchildren, Cynthia L. Brooks, Leah A. Brooks, Ethan Norah and Eyan Norah; and his siblings-in-law, Danielle L. Coleman (David) of Naples, Florida and Charlie O. Coleman of Richmond, VA. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and friends.
