She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Michael (Larisa) and Robin Boggess (Stephen Kabler); and her grandchildren, Lindsey Riggins (Austin), Michael Boggess and Dallen Frutchey.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Gwen's honor to either the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
